The hotel is located right next to Kazbegi, in a super quiet place. the room was new, comfortable, and very clean. the staff were very nice. the view of the beautiful valley and mountains was stunning.

everything was perfectly fine during our stay. the staff was nice from arrival until we left. the room was brand-new, and clean, with central heating, cable channels, and a writing table. the location couldn't be more great in the mountains.

Well, appointed room overall. the good staff working throughout the hotel. Plenty of options, TASTY food. Marvellous location next to Kazbegi , super quiet place as well as Stepantsminda, couldn't be better. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Besami Hotel. the room was well, appointed and comfortable. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the hotel. the food options were plentiful and delicious. Plus, the hotel's marvellous location next to Kazbegi and Stepantsminda made it the perfect serene and quiet retreat.
